So I'm kinda back. DH has been home for the last week and also will be the next week as his company is on summer shutdown. We were in Copenhagen for a few days to take in some shopping and museums, probably the last bit of historical sightseeing for the girls as they are getting too old for this kind of thing. DH and I still like it but they are starting to resent it. ROFL. We are due to go on a sail trip for a few days next week. We spent some time in Helsingor or Hamlet's castle and I took tons of photos with thoughts of a new kit in mind.

Did you see the DigiDares lately? Cynthia (on our CT) and I took part in a dare a couple weeks ago. And both of us won! She totally rocked the dare and won the grand prize and I happily took the random prize. Here is Cynthia's layout:

We were to use a photobooth strip in the layout and isn't her layout to die for? It's totally impressive how she can make a digital page so realistic! Here is my paltry offering for the dare:

So just a thank you from me to the DigiDares for a fun time and for the prizes...mine were from Paula Kesselring (Catscraps) and Karah Frederics (Lilypad).

Well, it has been a while since our last post. Its been very busy with summer here and kids are floating around so I get not enough quiet time to sit and write. Here is again, our latest:

Inspired by Chagall and his "brides". We loved the delicacy of his art and his clear color usage.
Here are the papers:

and you know, there is a freebie with this at the Design Factor (DigiScrapConnect):

Some inspiration for you:

Mine is this one of DH and me 21 years ago:

And, I have to say, the rings in the kit are mine and DH's that I photo'ed and extracted and Vanessa made it look awesome. I forgot to give DH's ring back to him that day and he went on a trip the next day for work and totally freaked out, sending me texts, asking about his ring, cause he forgot about it too!!! ROFL ROFL...had a nice laugh about that one! Anyway, enjoy the kit and I hope you make beautiful pages of your own wedding memories with it!

NEWS and another Freebie!!

First of all, we have partnered up with MyPicTales!  And you can have our designs in your book via MyPicTales award winning software for photobooks.  Have you published your memories?  My kids LOVE flipping thru real books and this is a great way to save your memories for them.  You can check out MyPicTales HERE and these kits are available (along with ready made clusters) in their FREE software.

You cannot save the layouts as digital files, but you can send on to their printing facitilies for pages or books!  Anne was kind enough to write this in MPT's blog HERE.

Now, I know you are looking for a FREEBIE.  And this is the one we did for our 2nd week Design Factor challenge:
